Yukata patterns and swimsuit stripes mingle as adults settle into public restrooms and bathtubs. Brown feces and white toilet paper mark the porcelain surfaces, grounding the explicit acts within the visible frame. Summer festival banners and festive colors surround these private moments of cooling off, tying the casual attire to the seasonal setting. The stark reality of defecation on display contrasts sharply with the cheerful outdoor event implied by the headers.
