padronagaia – Mistress Gaia – Feeding time

Metal cage bars enclose the scene, separating a masked figure from their surroundings. A woman in black stockings and high heels presides over the setup. She positions a plate and a bowl of yellow food near the seated subject, who wears gloves and a black dress while holding cutlery ready for the meal. These rigid props reinforce the strict authority implied by the feeding time concept.
